HACU Hosted Virtual Emerging Leaders’ Summit with Ä¢¹½´«Ã½

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), in partnership with Ä¢¹½´«Ã½, on June 15, 2023.
The one-day event focused on preparing students for internships and career opportunities in STEM and business fields. Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ President Andrés Acebo delivered inspiring welcome remarks to kickoff this event that brought together students from 51 colleges and universities online with professionals and corporate representatives.

The summit comes a month after Acebo welcomed HACU to the campus on May 5 for a roundtable discussion on the crucial role that Hispanic-serving institutions play in uplifting communities and providing equal access to education, and the importance of investing in HSIs.
